I’m a client-centred therapist who works with adults navigating the emotional and practical challenges that can come with injury, illness, and major life changes.
My practice is focused on supporting people who are recovering from motor vehicle accidents, living with chronic pain or illness, or adjusting to changes in their health and day-to-day life. These experiences can affect so much more than our physical health. It’s common to feel anxious, overwhelmed, frustrated, discouraged, or unsure of what life is supposed to look like now.
As a former Kinesiologist and ICBC Recovery Specialist, I have a unique understanding of both the physical and emotional sides of recovery. I also know firsthand how stressful and complex the insurance and recovery process can be after a motor vehicle accident.
Additionally, I work with people experiencing driving anxiety, career or work-related difficulties, and the effects of past trauma. Wherever you’re starting from, my hope is to provide a supportive, collaborative space for you to make sense of what you’re experiencing and work toward feeling more like yourself again.
